Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Customer Solutions Engineer to support dbt Labs customers via tickets, email, and video in a full-time remote role. You’ll build deep technical expertise, own issues from troubleshooting to resolution, and help customers unlock the value of data.

You will work with dbt Core, SQL, APIs, and data warehouses, collaborate across time zones, and contribute to documentation and enablement content.

Qualifications

• Strong SQL, APIs, and web tech understanding.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience in SaaS support or customer-facing tech roles.
• Able to document and explain complex topics clearly.
