Job summary

Fivetran is seeking a Customer Solutions Engineer (CSE) for remote work in the AMER-East region, covering Texas and Philadelphia. You will provide frontline technical support for dbt Labs customers via tickets, email, and video, tackling a range of issues from simple questions to complex technical challenges.

You will develop deep knowledge of the dbt platform, collaborate with engineering and product teams, and contribute to documentation and enablement content while leveraging AI tools to

Qualifications

• Experience in coding languages, SQL, APIs, and understanding network requests.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical customers.
• Proven ability to solve problems and help others in a SaaS environment.
• Background merging technical work with client-facing responsibilities such as engineering support or customer success.
• Experience creating documentation or how-to guides using text, images, or video.

• Support customers through tickets, email, and video across the dbt platform.
• Expand and deepen technical expertise across the dbt platform to handle diverse challenges.
• Own customer issues from initial troubleshooting to resolution.
