Fivetran, Inc. is seeking a Senior Customer Solutions Engineer to join the CSE team. This full-time remote role serves the AMER-East region, helping dbt Labs customers through tickets, email, and video with deep technical support across SQL, APIs, and the dbt platform.

You’ll collaborate with engineering and product, build documentation, and enhance support responses using AI tools, while delivering a high-quality, globally consistent customer experience.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering technical support for SaaS products.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills across audiences.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex data tooling issues and explain solutions clearly.

Responsibilities

• Support customers via tickets, email, and video, handling a range of technical issues.
• Grow expertise across the dbt platform and data stack to assist with any challenge.
• Own customer issues from initial triage to resolution and follow-up.
