Job summary

Global Partners LP is hiring an Operational Support Specialist to support all sales groups by obtaining and inputting customer setup information, maintaining records, and administering allocations. The role is remote with an overnight Mon-Fri schedule from 9:00pm to 6:00am.

You will collaborate with internal and external contacts, ensure timely data processing, and generate reports on customer setups. A Bachelor’s Degree and strong communication, problem solving, and data-management skills are

Qualifications

• Customer service experience managing customer setups and data.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proactive problem solving and ability to work under pressure.
• Strong time management and ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Openlink, RightAngle, PDI Software.
• Bachelor's Degree.

Responsibilities

• Partners with internal and external contacts to obtain all new customer setup information, including taxes and pricing, within defined timelines.
• Coordinates with other suppliers to ensure full terminal setup.
• Inputs and maintains all customer setup data in legacy and terminal automation systems.
• Handles inquiries and resolves issues related to customer setup information, escalating as needed.
• Acts as the point of contact for customers with allocation and loading issues and researches solutions.
• Communicates with clients to maintain key customer relations and compiles reports on setups.
