You will coordinate with internal teams for full terminal setup and handle allocation-related inquiries while maintaining strong client relations.

The role requires after-hours on-call support once a week and proficiency with Microsoft Office, Openlink, RightAngle, and PDI Software.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Obtain all new customer setup information and ensure records are complete.
• Input data accurately and maintain records in legacy and terminal systems.
• Serve as point of contact for customers with allocation and loading issues; escalate as needed.
• Assist with reports on customer setups and coordinate with internal teams for full terminal access.
