Global Partners LP is seeking an Operational Support Specialist to assist all sales groups by collecting and inputting customer setup information, maintaining records, and administering customer allocations. The role requires after-hours on call support—one week per month.

The position is based in Massachusetts and involves collaborating with internal teams, coordinating terminal setups, and generating reports on customer setups while adapting to evolving processes and systems.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle issues proactively and reactively.
• Strong time management and attention to detail; works well in a team environment.

Responsabilidades

• Obtain and input all new customer setup information within defined timelines.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure full terminal setup.
• Input and maintain customer setup data in legacy and terminal systems.
• Handle inquiries and issues; escalate to manager as appropriate.
• Serve as the contact for customers with allocation and loading issues; resolve as possible.
• Communicate with clients to maintain key customer relations and compile reports as needed.
• Authorize carriers to pull off accounts and ensure data alignment.
• Monitor and manage driver access cards and carrier insurance documentation.
• Manage terminal access agreements and provide after-hours on-call support (one week per month).
• Perform other duties as required.
