Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Setup Specialist to ensure accurate onboarding of new customers, including taxes, pricing and data across systems. You will coordinate with internal and external contacts, manage inquiries, resolve issues, and serve as the primary point of contact for customers with allocation and loading concerns.

After hours on-call may be required one week per month.

Qualifications

• Customer setups knowledge and data maintenance required.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
• Experience with industry platforms and data interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Obtain and process new customer setup information within timelines.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure terminal setup.
• Input and maintain customer data in legacy and terminal systems.
• Handle inquiries, resolve issues, escalate as needed.
• Serve as point of contact for allocation/loading issues and reports.
