Job summary

Global Partners LP is hiring an Operational Support Specialist to assist all sales groups with customer setup, data entry, and records maintenance. The role includes after-hours on-call support one week per month and close collaboration with internal and external contacts to ensure timely updates.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication, data management, and problem-solving skills, plus proficiency with Openlink, RightAngle, and Microsoft Office Suite. A Bachelor's Degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience with handling setups and data.
• Bachelor's degree required; formal education preferred.
• Ability to interpret insurance or account documents and forms.

Responsibilities

• Obtain new customer setup information, taxes, pricing, and related data within defined timelines.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure full terminal setup.
• Input and maintain customer setup data in legacy and terminal systems.
• Resolve inquiries and escalate issues to management as needed.
• Act as the point of contact for customers with allocation/loading issues and maintain relations.
• Compile reports on customer setups and distribute to stakeholders.
• Configure and distribute driver access cards and monitor carrier documents.
