Job summary

TSI-CXBPO, part of the TSI family, is hiring a Remote Customer Service Representative. This role is remote from New York state. Compensation is $16.50/hour. Training starts Monday, November 30, 2026, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM EST.

After training, hours are Monday–Friday 7:00 AM–9:00 PM EST; Saturday 7:00 AM–5:00 PM EST. During training you will have a set schedule. Responsibilities include assisting customers with billing inquiries, documenting account data, and explaining account status.

Qualifications

• Detail oriented with strong organization and deadline management.
• Excellent communication with external parties.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and able to learn new software.
• High School diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with billing inquiries/concerns.
• Ensure all account information is accurately documented and inputted into client system.
• Provide detailed explanations of account status and inquiries to customers.
• Adhering to State and Federal regulations pertaining to your job duties.
• Assist customers with delinquent accounts according to various state guidelines.
• Utilize exceptional communication skills to fulfill both client and customer goals.
