TridentCare is seeking a Client Support Specialist to support the field sales organization, prioritize client issues, and coordinate responses between executives and customers. This role emphasizes relationship-building with clients without a direct selling requirement.

Responsibilities include problem resolution, ETA requests, online ordering issues, and operational coordination. The candidate will report to the Regional Sales Director and contribute to weekly updates and a positive company

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• A Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent knowledge is required.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience required.
• Sales, Billing or Operations experience preferred.
• Must possess a high sense of urgency and a strong work ethic.
• Must possess basic computer skills and strong communication skills.
• Must have strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Must possess a high degree of initiative, creativity, and the ability to meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Individual must have good time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.

Mansioni

• Support the field sales organization through problem resolution and direct customer interaction when appropriate.
• Coordinate responses between Account Executives and customers as needed.
• Provide weekly reports on issues closed and outstanding.
• Own the account relationship when not assigned to a CSE or AE.
• Report customer product/service experience issues through appropriate channels.
