Job summary

WSP USA seeks a Full-Time Customer Service Representative in Colorado to handle customer inquiries, process requests for transponders and ExpressToll accounts, and manage email and mail tasks. Training will begin onsite with remote work after onboarding, requiring a quiet home workspace and reliable internet.

The role emphasizes accuracy, attendance, and the ability to multitask across multiple systems while delivering excellent service.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months or more Customer Service experience required.
• Six (6) months or more with heavy volume phone experience in a Contact/Call Center preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Must be able to pass background and drug screenings.
• Proficient computer skills in a multi-monitor environment.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assists with Customer Service calls.
• Review license plate images and verify vehicle and DMV information.
• Process requests for new/transponders.
• Respond to Customer Service emails.
• Process inbound mail and payments.
• Process requests for new ExpressToll accounts.
• Meet or exceed performance criteria and maintain policy compliance.
• Ensure attendance and meet KPI targets.
• Prioritize and multitask.
