Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of customer service experience.
• Previous data entry experience.
• Prior scheduling experience.
• Experience in a high-volume call center preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls to resolve issues related to member eligibility, plan benefits, and claim payment issues.
• Address patient services needs such as updating billing information, establishing payment plans, and resolving payment inquiries.
• Provide scheduling support and assistance as part of patient services.
