Thrivas is hiring several remote Customer Service Representatives for a full-time role, Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. This position is based in the United States with a focus on professional phone support and clear communication.

You will handle inbound calls, submit orders, perform data entry on accounts, troubleshoot shipping or billing issues, and support the outside sales team. Full benefits are offered after a short probationary period, with regular opportunities for pay

Large cosmetics company is currently hiring several remote Customer Service Representatives. The company is hiring for full time positions Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. Full benefits are offered after a short probationary period. There are regular opportunities for pay increases and advancement within the company.

Applicants should have experience working in a customer service position previously. This is a heavy inbound call position. You will take calls from outside business representatives who have made a sale and are submitting the order to the company over the phone or have made an order previously and have questions. The ideal applicant will be friendly, professional and eager to assist over the phone. You must have strong communications skills.

The Customer Service Representative answers inbound calls, submits order requests and performs data entry on new and existing accounts. You will troubleshoot shipping, billing or account errors and assist the outside sales team in finding a resolution. Basic data entry duties and clerical support is needed.
