Job summary

Atlantic Plywood Corporation is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional service to internal and external customers. You will answer inquiries, resolve issues, process orders, and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.

Responsibilities include handling shipping communications, invoices, back orders, and daily/weekly reporting. The role requires fast-paced efficiency, teamwork, and proficient use of Microsoft Office in a dynamic environment.

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing customer service to both internal and external customers through various activities. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients and potential customers by answering inquires resolving their issues and ensuring their satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Always maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers and co-workers
• Enter sales orders received via phone, email, or sales rep
• Communicate with customer through various channels regarding shipping, invoice and back orders
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
• Achieve product, technical, and territory knowledge
• Responsible for servicing and supporting existing accounts
• Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives to meet customer needs
• Building sustainable relationships with customers and co-workers
• Responsible to run variety of daily and weekly reports
• Manage large volume of inbound call and orders
• Will assist CSRs with order entry, phone calls, and reports

Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Strong customer service skills both in person and virtually
• Self-motivated and functions well independently as well as within in a team
• Comfortable in fast paced environment
• Superior organizational and time management skills
• Microsoft Office experience

Experience
