Job summary

Modivcare is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for members, resolving questions and coordinating transportation services. This remote role requires residing in Arizona and full participation in training with on-camera presence for 30 days.

Responsibilities include handling transportation inquiries, scheduling and modifying reservations, documenting interactions, and ensuring data accuracy.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years in contact center or high-volume customer service
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Ability to learn new technology and processes; follow complex instructions
• Ability to type at least 35 words per minute

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with transportation questions and concerns
• Schedule, modify, and cancel reservations as requested
• Document customer complaints and relevant details accurately
• Maintain accurate trip data entry and documentation
• Attend meetings and adhere to policies and procedures
• Support a 24/7/365 contact center with potential night/weekend/holiday shifts
