Responsibilities include scheduling transportation, documenting interactions, escalating issues when needed, and maintaining accurate trip records while upholding high-quality customer service standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• 0–2 years of customer service or call center experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Fast typing speed of at least 35 WPM.
• Reliable high-speed internet and private remote workspace.
• Willingness to work in a 24/7/365 environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic computer apps.

Responsibilities

• Assist members with transportation-related questions and service requests.
• Schedule, modify, and cancel transportation reservations.
• Document customer inquiries, complaints, and service interactions accurately.
• Maintain accurate trip records and customer information.
• Escalate unresolved customer concerns to the appropriate departments.
• Attend required meetings and comply with company policies and procedures.
• Deliver professional, courteous, and high-quality customer service at all times.
• Support additional projects and departmental responsibilities as assigned.
