TSI - Transworld Systems Inc. is seeking a motivated Remote Customer Service Representative to join our work-from-home team.

You will proactively discuss and recommend products during qualified calls, assist customers with inquiries, and document all account information in the client system while upholding state and federal regulations. This paid training starts Oct 19, 2026, with 27 days of training hours 8am–5pm EST, followed by remote hours 7am–7pm EST.

Qualifications

• Detail oriented with strong organizational and deadline skills.
• Excellent call handling skills and professionalism.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
• 1–2 years of call center experience preferred.
• HS diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Proactively discuss and recommend additional products and services during qualified calls.
• Assist customers with inquiries and concerns.
• Document account information accurately in the client system.
• Explain account status and inquiries clearly to customers.
• Comply with state and federal regulations governing duties.
• Assist delinquent accounts per state guidelines.
• Promote additional products and services on qualified calls.
• Use strong communication to meet client and customer goals.
