Eligible candidates will handle inquiries, promote services, and document account status accurately while meeting performance KPIs. A high school diploma and call center experience are preferred, with comprehensive benefits upon employment.

Qualifications

• Detail oriented with the ability to organize and prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and professional conduct during calls.
• Reliable attendance and adherence to schedule requirements.
• 1–2 years of call center experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft applications and quick to learn new software.

Responsibilities

• Proactively discuss and recommend additional products during qualified calls.
• Assist customers with inquiries and concerns.
• Document and input account information accurately into client systems.
• Provide clear explanations of account status and inquiries.
• Adhere to state and federal regulations relevant to duties.
• Assist customers with delinquent accounts per state guidelines.
• Promote additional product offerings during calls.
• Use strong communication skills to meet client and customer goals.
