Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years in a call center environment preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft applications and able to learn software quickly.
• Strong communication skills and exceptional professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Proactively discuss and recommend additional products and services during calls.
• Assist customers with inquiries and concerns and document account information accurately.
• Provide detailed explanations of account status and inquiries to customers.
• Adhere to State and Federal regulations pertaining to duties and handle delinquent accounts per guidelines.
• Promote and discuss additional products and services to customers on qualified calls.
• Maintain target metrics for handle time and quality assurance.
