Job summary

TSI - Transworld Systems Inc. is seeking a Remote Customer Service Representative to join our expanding team. You will handle inbound calls, assist customers, and promote additional products and services while meeting KPIs.

Training provided; hours are 7am-7pm EST; starting pay is $15.00 per hour with potential monthly/quarterly bonuses. This remote role requires reliable broadband, camera-on during training, and strong communication and attendance.

Qualifications

• Detail oriented and able to organize/work under deadlines.
• Effective call handling skills and high professionalism.
• Strong shift attendance is required.
• 1-2 years in a call center is preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft applications and able to learn new software.

Responsibilities

• Proactively discuss and recommend additional products/services during calls.
• Assist customers with inquiries/concerns.
• Ensure all account information is documented in the client system.
• Explain account status and inquiries clearly to customers.
• Adhere to state and federal regulations relevant to duties.
• Assist customers with delinquent accounts per state guidelines.
• Discuss additional offerings to customers on qualified calls.
• Use strong communication to meet client and customer goals.
