Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Proactively discuss and recommend additional products and services to customers during qualified calls.
• Potential for monthly/quarterly bonus based on sales performance for meeting KPIs
• Assist customers with inquiries/concerns
• Ensure all account information is accurately documented in client system
• Provide detailed explanations of account status and inquiries to customers
• Adhere to state and federal regulations pertaining to job duties
• Assist customers with delinquent accounts according to state guidelines
• Continuously discuss additional product and service offerings with customers on qualified calls
• Use strong communication to meet client and customer goals
