TSI - Transworld Systems Inc. is seeking a Remote Customer Service Representative to support clients from home with a structured training program starting October 19, 2026. Earn $15.00 per hour while working EST hours from 7am to 7pm, with paid training and a team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years in a call center preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft applications.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with inquiries and account concerns.
• Document all account information accurately in client system.
• Explain account status and inquiries to customers.
• Adhere to state and federal regulations about duties.
• Assist with delinquent accounts per state guidelines.
