Qualifications

• 6+ months in a call center
• 1+ year of customer service experience
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Ability to navigate multiple computer systems
• Experience in a virtual desktop environment
• Distraction-free remote workspace
• High school diploma or GED

Responsabilités

• Handle incoming calls in a fast-paced, remote environment
• Provide friendly, professional support
• Navigate Clarc, OneNote, LifePro, and Teams to resolve inquiries
• Guide users through the provider portal setup and usage
• Stay on top of emails and respond to cases in Clarc
• Meet performance goals while maintaining quality service
• End your day knowing you helped customers have a smoother experience
