Qualifications

• 6+ months in a call-center environment.
• 1+ year of customer service experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Ability to navigate multiple computer systems.
• Experience in a virtual desktop environment.
• Distraction-free remote workspace.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound and make outbound calls to members and agents with professionalism and empathy.
• Assist with policy-related requests, account updates, beneficiary changes, payment options, loans, and claims.
• Research member files and analyze inquiries to determine the best path to resolution.
• Navigate multiple systems to verify information, benefits, and eligibility.
• Interpret policy provisions and procedures to ensure requests are handled correctly and on time.
• Stay informed on products, member benefits, and regulations to deliver exceptional service.
