Sentara Health is seeking a full-time remote Customer Service Representative. The role handles incoming calls about member eligibility, plan benefits, and claim payments. You will update billing, establish payment plans, schedule appointments, and provide patient services support.

Requires at least two years of experience and a high school diploma. Some on-site travel may be required for connectivity issues; standard hours are 8:00 AM–4:30 PM in a Virginia Beach/Hampton Roads area setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Two years of customer service experience required.
• Data entry experience required.
• Prior scheduling experience required.
• Familiar with Epic Beaker preferred.
• Experience in a high-volume call center preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls to resolve issues related to member eligibility, plan benefits, and claim payments.
• Assist with patient services such as updating billing information, establishing payment plans, resolving payment inquiries, or patient scheduling.
