This full-time, day-shift role requires a high school diploma and at least two years of customer service experience; data entry and scheduling experience are preferred. Hours are 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years of customer service experience required.
• Two years data entry and scheduling experience required; call center experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Research and resolve telephone inquiries from members or patients.
• Handle incoming calls addressing member eligibility and plan benefits.
• Address claim payment issues and patient billing updates.
• Assist with scheduling and payment arrangements as needed.
