VirtualStaff365 is seeking a professional, empathetic Customer Service Representative to deliver outstanding support from home for overseas clients. You will handle multi-channel inquiries with a calm, empathetic tone and aim for first-contact resolution.

The role requires at least 2 years in customer service, strong English, and experience with CRM/ticketing tools (Zendesk, Salesforce, Freshdesk, HubSpot).

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in customer service, call center, or remote support role.
• Experience handling omni-channel environments: voice, live chat, and email/ticketing.
• Track record of meeting/exceeding CSAT, QA scores, and ticket volume.
• Proficient with CRM/ticketing systems (Zendesk, Salesforce, Freshdesk, HubSpot) and cloud telephony/VoIP (RingCentral, Aircall, Talkdesk).
• Familiar with Slack, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Google Workspace.
• Advanced verbal and written English with a neutral accent and empathetic tone.
• Strong problem-solving skills to resolve issues and de-escalate customers for first-contact resolution.
• Excellent multitasking and organization to handle multiple tools and chats remotely.
