Job summary

Wing is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support buyers and sellers on the Flippa marketplace. This remote, part-time role offers a fixed monthly salary and a focused schedule from 10am to 2pm PT.

You\'ll respond to inquiries, review data, gather information from sellers, manage CRM data, and pre-qualify leads for calls. Experience with Flippa, CRM systems, Slack, and email management is required; training on Flippa workflows is provided.

Qualifications

• Experience with Flippa and CRM systems.
• Proficient use of Slack and email tools.
• Excellent written communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries from buyers and sellers on Flippa.
• Review data/docs to answer questions without needing to ask for information.
• Engage with sellers to gather additional information as needed.
• Perform CRM data entry and cleanup.
• Outbound prospecting through Flippa's AI-assisted system.
• Pre-qualify leads and book calls for Jared.
• Flag inquiries with discrepancies for client review.
