Job summary

Wing is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support buyers and sellers on the Flippa marketplace. This remote, part-time role offers a fixed monthly salary and a focused schedule from 10am to 2pm PT.

You\'ll respond to inquiries, review data, gather information from sellers, manage CRM data, and pre-qualify leads for calls. Experience with Flippa, CRM systems, Slack, and email management is required; training on Flippa workflows is provided.

• Proficient use of Slack and email tools.
• Excellent written communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries from buyers and sellers on Flippa.
• Review data/docs to answer questions without needing to ask for information.

• Perform CRM data entry and cleanup.
• Outbound prospecting through Flippa's AI-assisted system.

Role: Customer Service Representative

Tasks:

• Respond to customer inquiries from potential buyers and sellers on Flippa platform
• Review existing data/documentation to answer customer questions without needing to ask Jared
• Engage with sellers to gather additional information when needed
• CRM data entry and cleanup
• Outbound prospecting through Flippa's AI-assisted system (clicking through lists, sending pre-written emails)
• Pre-qualify leads and book calls for Jared
• Flag any inquiries with commercial/financial discrepancies for client's review

Tools Proficiency Required:

• Flippa.com platform - experience required
• CRM system - experience required
• Slack - for communication
• Email management

Software Client Willing to Train:

• Specific Flippa workflows and processes
• Company-specific CRM processes
• Product knowledge about listed businesses

Industry exposure:

Real Estate (Airbnb, Land), Business Brokerage (Flippa)

Salary: PHP 28,000/month (part-time rate)

NOTE: Salary is based on the client's budget and is fixed monthly.

Schedule: 10am to 2pm Pacific Standard Time

Location: 100% Remote/WFH Setup
