Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of customer service experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting with a reliable internet connection.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet home office environment.
• Previous experience in a call center or remote support role is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
