You will handle inquiries, troubleshoot issues, process orders and returns, and escalate as needed. We value clear communication, problem-solving, and independent work in a fast-paced call-center environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to think critically.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet home office environment.
• Previous experience in a call center or remote support role is a plus.
