PurposeBuilt Brands, based in Gurnee, IL, is hiring a Customer Service Representative to handle calls, emails, and purchase orders across our multi-site operation. The CSR will maintain accuracy, assist the sales team, and ensure timely updates in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of customer service, strong time management, initiative, teamwork, and proficiency with CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Supports colleagues and customers via email and phone across multiple sites.
• Maintains professionalism in potentially stressful situations and supports team members.
• Multitasks to support customers, orders, and assists the sales team for timely updates.
• Maintains spreadsheets to support orders and prioritization of customers.
• Communicates regularly with team on orders and customer support.
• Responsible for all order entry and updates including lead times and tracking.
