• Places customer orders via telephone, fax, email, or walk-in.
• Influences gross profit by negotiating sale and purchase prices within parameters.

• Builds customer relationships to drive repeat business and improve processes.
• Responsible for sourcing products to maintain inventory levels.
• Determines most cost-effective shipping methods for orders.
• Partners with Account Representatives to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Expedites backorders and prepares orders for shipment; may handle returns.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
