Abakus School is seeking a dedicated customer support specialist to be the trusted contact for parents and teachers, guiding them from onboarding to course completion. You will handle chats, emails, and calls, manage schedules, and ensure account updates with clear English and Romanian communication.

Qualifikationen

• Native-level English and Romanian (speaking and writing).
• Basic Russian is a plus.
• Tech-savvy with Google Workspace, CRM and chat platforms.
• Proactive, empathetic, and detail-oriented.
• Great at multitasking and staying calm under pressure.
• Team player with initiative and service mindset.

Aufgaben

• Be the trusted point of contact for parents and teachers—from onboarding to course completion.
• Support clients via chat, email, and calls on our platform.
• Manage schedules, course changes, teachers swaps, and account updates.
• Communicate clearly and warmly in English and Romanian.
• Run check-ins on calls and handle feedback with care.
• Keep records accurate and workflows smooth.
