Job summary

Nordic Naturals is seeking a Customer Service Associate to process specialty orders for Authorized Resellers and manage invoicing for key accounts. The role includes open order cleanup and supporting overflow orders during peak times. Remote work is available for those outside 40 miles of Watsonville HQ.

Occasional travel to the headquarters may be required for on-site coordination and meetings. Candidates should have strong MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint skills and experience with invoicing systems.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business, Science or related field or 4 years experience.
• Experience with invoicing and order processing.
• Willingness to travel to HQ as needed for onsite meetings.

Responsibilities

• Process specialty orders including EDI and Customer Education orders.
• Process Key Account promotional orders and Specialty Customer orders.
• Invoicing through EDI system software for designated Key Accounts.
• Close open sales orders left open for low inventory items.
• Cross-train on multiple areas to act as back-up for order entry or returns and credits.
• Work with Accounting for account clean-up on open items, invoicing and credits.
• Support department staff as needed.
• Miscellaneous administrative and project support as requested and required.
• All other duties as assigned.
