Job summary

The Customer Service Associate at Nordic Naturals processes specialty orders for Authorized Resellers and handles invoicing for key accounts. The role also supports overflow orders during peak times and performs open order cleanup to ensure accurate charges.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business, Science or related field or 4 years experience in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite and basic business software.

Responsibilities

• Process specialty orders including EDI and Customer Education orders.
• Invoicing through EDI system for designated accounts.
• Close open orders for low inventory items and assist with peak-time order overflow.
• Cross-train to provide back-up in order entry or returns and credits.
• Coordinate with Accounting for account clean-up on open items, invoicing and credits.
