Job summary

ProNexis, the customer experience and sales support center for North America home service brands, is hiring a remote Customer Experience & Sales Support Representative to handle inbound and outbound inquiries, schedule appointments, and provide outstanding service across multiple brands.

This role requires strong communication, reliability, and the ability to work independently from a home office; comprehensive training will be provided and you will contribute to positive customer experiences

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with a high school diploma or GED and authorized to work in the United States.
• Experience in customer service, call center, sales, or admin preferred.
• Able to complete training and demonstrate proficiency across multiple brands.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls, emails, and other inquiries professionally and efficiently.
• Place outbound calls to follow up on leads and schedule appointments.
• Maintain accurate customer information in CRM and scheduling systems.
• Handle billing questions and product/service inquiries.
• Escalate concerns and provide solutions to create positive experiences.
