Job summary

Nutrafol is seeking a highly motivated Customer Relationship Specialist to deliver white-glove service to physicians and dermatologists. This remote role supports an East Coast team, with responsibilities spanning order placement, inquiries, and post-sale engagement to drive customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in customer service or sales, experience with SFDC, Shopify, or ShipMonk, and a positive, proactive mindset.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in customer service, call center, account management or sales.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience supporting professional partners (Physicians/Derma) is a plus.
Familiarity with SFDC and e-commerce platforms (Shopify, ShipMonk) is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide superior customer service and perform operational duties with professionalism and a customer-centric focus.
Respond to and distribute inquiries from potential customers via phone and email.
Place inbound and pending orders on behalf of the Business Development Manager.
Collaborate with the BDM to address customer needs and concerns.
Triage and distribute inbound emails and phone calls to the appropriate contact.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity.
