Job summary

Nordic Naturals is seeking a Customer Service Associate to process specialty orders for Authorized Resellers and handle invoicing for key accounts. The role supports overflow orders during peak times and ensures open orders are cleaned up to charge correctly.

This remote position serves candidates outside a 40-mile radius of Watsonville, CA; inside that radius some travel to headquarters may be required 3 days per week, with broader travel possible for certain needs.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business, Science or related field
• 4 years experience in related field
• Equivalent combination of education and experience

Responsibilities

• Process specialty orders including EDI orders and Customer Education orders
• Process Key Account promotional orders and Specialty Customer orders
• Invoicing through EDI system for designated Key Accounts
• Closing open sales orders left open for low inventory items
• Cross train to act as back-up for order entry or returns and credits
• Work with Accounting for account clean up, invoicing and credits
• Provide support to department staff
• Miscellaneous administrative and project support as requested and required
• All other duties as assigned
