Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Deliver Customer Service Workstream Lead to support the North America OTC template within the Transcend program. Primarily based in Raritan, NJ, this role partners with cross-functional teams to ensure the Deliver processes are scalable, tested, and adoption-ready for end users.

You will guide process alignment, participate in solution workshops, validate template decisions, oversee data readiness and testing, and support cutover, training, and post-go-live

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of related business experience in Supply Chain or Order to Cash.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Subject-matter expertise in Order-to-Cash within SAP.
• Ability to drive timely decision-making and execution against defined plans while managing risk and dependencies.
• Experience with SAP modules: Order Fulfillment, Deliveries, Invoicing (etc).

Responsibilities

• Participate in solution confirmation workshops aligning to order management.
• Represent Deliver business requirements in global/local processes.
• Drive change impact assessment and readiness planning for O2C deployment.
• Oversee data readiness, cleansing, validation and deployment readiness.
• Lead validation activities and testing for end-to-end O2C.
