• Subject‑matter expertise in Order‑to‑Cash within an SAP environment.
• Proficiency with SAP modules relevant to the Value Stream (e.g., Order Fulfillment, Deliveries, Invoicing).
• Willingness to travel up to 20% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Participate in solution confirmation workshops and align to order management requirements.
• Serve as a Deliver business representative for global and local process needs.
• Drive change impact assessment and readiness planning across O2C deployment.
• Represent Customer Service in system demos, reviews, and testing activities.
• Lead data readiness, testing, and cutover planning for deployment.
