Johnson & Johnson, a global healthcare leader, is seeking a Logistics Workstream Lead for the Transcend program to drive the Order‑to‑Cash deployment across North America. You will guide cross‑functional teams, validate template builds, and ensure practical, scalable solutions for end users.

The role requires 4+ years in Supply Chain or OTC, SAP logistics proficiency, and strong leadership in transforming processes. Remote work options may be considered; travel up to 20% is expected.

• Four+ years of experience in Supply Chain or Order to Cash processes.
• Subject‑matter expertise in Logistics and Order‑to‑Cash in SAP environment.
• Ability to drive timely decision‑making and execution against defined plans while managing risk and dependencies.
• Strong self‑leadership and resilience in transformation.
• Ability to balance diverse stakeholder priorities for process adoption.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% (domestic and international).
• Preferred: experience in the MedTech industry.

Mansioni

• Lead Logistics participation in solution confirmation workshops and ensure alignment to order management and Logistics requirements.
• Serve as a Logistics business representative providing guidance on global, local, and specialized process requirements and resolving functional questions.
• Drive Logistics change impact assessment and readiness planning across the O2C deployment.
• Represent Logistics in system demos and design reviews, providing structured feedback.
• Oversee Logistics data readiness including data cleansing, validation, and deployment readiness.
• Define and govern Logistics test scenarios to support end‑to‑end O2C validation.
• Lead validation activities for the Logistics workstream through integrated testing and business simulations.
• Assess and communicate solution impacts to Logistics KPIs, service levels, and customer experience.
• Ensure Logistics SOPs are updated, completed, and approved prior to deployment.
• Provide leadership support for cutover planning, training, post‑go‑live deployment, and early‑life stabilization activities.
