Qualifications

• Active Life and Health Insurance license with verifiable NPN.
• Active licenses in Florida and California.
• Strong customer service and verbal communication.
• Ability to explain insurance clearly and simply.
• Ability to handle steady inbound call volume.
• Proficient with navigating multiple systems.
• Accurate data-entry and documentation.
• Dependable attendance and ability to complete training.
• Patient and professional with diverse needs.

Responsibilities

• Handle approximately 20–35 inbound calls daily.
• Assist callers with voluntary benefits enrollment.
• Explain options, coverage, and enrollment procedures.
• Identify benefits that fit callers' needs without sales.
• Document interactions and enrollment data.
• Protect confidential information.
• Escalate complex questions.
• Meet call quality, productivity, attendance, schedule adherence.
• Participate in training, nesting, coaching.
