Job summary

InteLogix is hiring for a full-time customer service role supporting a nationwide client program. The position involves solving problems, engaging customers over the phone, and delivering best-in-class service while following provided procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of Customer Service experience
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral
• Excellent attendance and reliable presence
• Ability to operate multiple windows/tabs while on calls
• Call Center or Collections experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Monitor bankruptcy filings and identify related customer accounts
• Create and maintain bankruptcy cases per procedures
• Prepare statements detailing pre/post-petition balances
• Process credits for pre-petition balances and update accounts
• Handle inbound calls regarding bankruptcy inquiries
• Educate customers on bankruptcy processes and balances
• Manage offline bankruptcy-related processes
• Maintain accurate documentation and records
• Provide cross-functional support and backup coverage
• Adhere to procedures and service levels
• Collaborate with team to ensure workflow continuity
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management
