Accendra Health, Inc. is seeking a Cust Relationship Liaison Supervisor in Colorado Springs. You will supervise a team that processes orders via portals and monitors performance to drive revenue growth while delivering exceptional customer service.

The role requires strong mentoring, communication, and operational leadership. Education includes a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree is preferred, with 5+ years in related roles. Remote setting with occasional travel may apply.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• At least five years of related operations or sales experience, or a bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate to achieve key focus product starts budget by supervising a team of CRLs who process orders and monitor ordering portals.
• Utilize technology and tools to support and drive revenue growth through exceptional customer service and ensuring portal orders are completed within referral and company expectations.
• Staff a team of customer service liaisons that provide exceptional customer service through order processing and portal monitoring.
• Monitor productivity through KPIs and implement corrective measures.
• Support regional revenue growth by ensuring timely and accurate order processing and fulfillment.
• Promote staff compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Create an inspiring team atmosphere with open communication and clear goals.
• Lead by example with direction and feedback.
