Accendra Health, Inc. is seeking a Cust Relationship Liaison Supervisor in Colorado Springs. You will supervise a team that processes orders via portals and monitors performance to drive revenue growth while delivering exceptional customer service.

The role requires strong mentoring, communication, and operational leadership. Education includes a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree is preferred, with 5+ years in related roles. Remote setting with occasional travel may apply.

• Utilize technology and tools to support and drive revenue growth through exceptional customer service and ensuring portal orders are completed within referral and company expectations.
• Staff a team of customer service liaisons that provide exceptional customer service through order processing and portal monitoring.
• Monitor productivity through KPIs and implement corrective measures.

The actual compensation offered may vary based on job related factors such as experience, skills, education, and location.** This is a stationary position that requires frequent sitting or standing, repetitive wrist motions, grasping, speaking, listening, close vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
