Accendra Health is seeking a Customer Relationship Liaison to maintain relationships with current accounts and patients. The role requires coordinating equipment delivery, scheduling, and billing while ensuring customers understand products and services.

The position emphasizes strong communication, problem-solving, and driving customer satisfaction within a home healthcare setting. Candidates should be located in the Houston area and able to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• At least 2 years of related experience.
• Must be 21+ at time of hire.
• Minimum of three years driving history required.

Responsabilités

• Acts as a single point of contact for a specific account(s).
• Responds to customer needs and complaints promptly.
• Consults with clients and referral sources on products and equipment.
• Obtains documentation for scanning and batch processing at the Branch.
• Manages follow-up with accounts post-setup and coordinates scheduling and billing.
