Qualifikationen

• High School diploma is required.
• At least 2 years of related experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age or older at hire.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain solid working relationships.
• Comply with DOT/TSM and POV requirements for safe use of company vehicles.
• Geographically located within the assigned territory.

Aufgaben

• Serve as a single point of contact for accounts.
• Respond to customer needs, concerns and complaints promptly.
• Consult with clients and referral sources on products and equipment.
• Coordinate documentation for orders, scheduling and billing.
• Follow up with accounts post set-up and during service.
• Ensure compliance and timely discharge with care teams and departments.
• Set up and deliver home healthcare products and services.
• Travel as required within territory.
