Job summary

Talentoma is hiring a remote Customer Relations Associate based in Maryland. You will answer customer questions, document interactions in Salesforce, and guide customers through next steps. A strong focus on clear communication and accurate information flow is required.

This entry-level, fully remote position supports the customer service team and collaborates with product contacts to resolve routine inquiries. A 40-hour workweek with variable shifts is expected.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• No experience required; related customer-facing or administrative experience preferred.
• Familiarity with customer relations workflows including receiving questions, researching information, documenting interactions, and closing routine requests.

Responsibilities

• Receive customer questions through support platforms (Zendesk, RingCentral, LiveChat, email, tickets).
• Review requests with relevant details and prior interactions to provide accurate responses.
• Provide clear, courteous answers using approved knowledge resources and confirm next steps.
• Create and update customer interaction notes in a CRM (Salesforce) including actions and follow-ups.
• Ask focused follow-up questions when information is missing or unclear.
• Monitor open tickets and respond to replies until resolution or handoff is done.
• Escalate complex matters to a team lead with complete notes.
