Talentoma is seeking a fully remote Customer Service Associate based in Washington, United States. The role requires a 40-hour week, with flexible days and shifts, and involves answering questions, updating tickets, and ensuring accurate notes for every interaction.

You will work with the customer service team lead, collaborate with teammates, and use Freshdesk, Salesforce, and Talkdesk to deliver dependable resolutions and timely follow-ups.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• No experience required; related customer-facing or office support experience preferred.
• Familiarity with handling customer questions, service tickets, product or service information, and follow-up tasks preferred.
• Comfortable learning Freshdesk, Salesforce, and Talkdesk.

Responsabilités

• Receive customer questions via shared queue, calls, emails, or service tickets and identify the reason for each contact.
• Verify account details and prior interactions before responding clearly.
• Provide routine answers using approved resources and explain next steps.
• Create/update service tickets in Freshdesk, recording concern, actions, and outcome.
• Document interactions in Salesforce for team reference.
• Manage calls with Talkdesk and document results.
• Follow up for additional information or promised updates to move requests forward.
• Route complex questions to team lead with notes and history.
• Coordinate with teammates to share updates and avoid duplicate outreach.
• Close tickets after confirming resolution and next steps.
• Meet quality expectations through accurate answers, timely turnaround, and thorough notes.
